Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Warcats Hockey

The Warcats Hockey Association Board of Directors, will determine the annual financial assessment for each player. Parents or Guardians are required to sign a financial responsibility contract before the student-athlete is allowed to participate with the WHA. Parents are responsible for the full assessment and fees, even if their student-athlete is injured, suspended, does not meet academic requirements or leaves the team for any reason. Assessment payments can be made in monthly installments from September – February of the hockey season and must be paid by the 15th of each month. Warcats Bantam Bridge

The Warcats Hockey Association Board of Directors, will determine the annual financial assessment for each player. Parents are responsible for the full assessment and fees, even if their student-athlete is injured, suspended, does not meet academic requirements or leaves the team for any reason.

Pond League Hockey

The Warcats Hockey Association Board of Directors, will determine the annual financial assessment for each player. Parents are responsible for the full assessment and fees, even if their student-athlete is injured, suspended, does not meet academic requirements or leaves the team for any reason.

Summer League

The Warcats Hockey Association Board of Directors, will determine the annual financial assessment for each player. Parents are responsible for the full assessment and fees, even if their student-athlete is injured, suspended, does not meet academic requirements or leaves the team for any reason.
